Compliance program
The company SATUM CZECH s.r.o. promotes good manners in business and the fight against corruption. For this purpose, SATUM CZECH s.r.o. introduced Compliance program against illegal conduct, which sets the rules of conduct for employees of SATUM CZECH s.r.o. or other persons cooperating with SATUM CZECH s.r.o. (hereinafter referred only as „the workers“). The basis of these rules is that the workers act only and exclusively in accordance with the applicable legal regulations and, in principle, they avoid any behaviour that could lead to violation of the criminal law.
Legal compliance and compliance with anti-corruption standards is also required from all suppliers, subcontractors and other cooperating parties.

Code of Ethics of SATUM CZECH s.r.o.
The Code of Ethics is a binding document that expresses the moral principles of company.
In performing its activities, insurance mediation under the Act No. 170, 2018 coll. on Insurance and Reinsurance Distribution SATUM CZECH s.r.o., as well as its individual employees, workers and responsible persons, act with the highest standard of personal and professional approach, in particular they act honestly, responsibly, with respect and in accordance with good manners.
In order to enable to report suspicions of the company's Code of Ethics, an e-mail address: compliance@satum.cz was set up.
For mechanism of initiative under the Code of Ethics the company´s directive: "Reporting violation or threatened violation of the law" in the current version is reasonably applicable.
